Justin Taylor

Justin Taylor is the Broker/Owner of The Agency and is the team leader for The Taylor Group. He created the company to share his vision and passion for real estate and fill a void in the marketplace. The Agency was built to bring clients the personal concierge service they should expect when buying or selling their largest investment.

A residential marketing specialist, Justin’s ability to rapidly identify the key selling features of a home while mitigating any weaknesses empowers his sellers to hit the market with maximum showing potential, and repeatedly enables him to deliver record results. His sellers are drawn to his unique ability to combine financial savvy with creative custom online marketing strategies, delivering heightened broker interest and elevated levels of appointments. Sellers come to him for his eye for design and staging, which have helped increase the asking price and decrease time on the market. Justin remains in the top 1% of all Saint Louis and Saint Charles Real Estate Agents.

Justin is an avid communicator who has an innate ability to understand his client’s needs. That coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and his network of contacts have contributed to his success. He works closely with a highly accomplished team to make the selling process flawless for his clients. His 95% referral rate is a testament to his exceptional level of service and expertise.

Constantly looking for market trends and shifts, Justin looks to the larger real estate markets outside of St. Louis to adapt new strategies to push his clientele's marketing beyond what is “Standard” in St. Louis. This led him into a 14 week training program and two trips to NY to train with Fredrik Eklund of The Bravo hit show Millions Dollar Listing New York. Justin appeared on the show beside Fredrik while training in New York. Fredrik’s remains NY’s #1 broker closing over $1 Billion in 2015.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from the University of Kansas. He grew up in Leawood, Kansas and moved to Saint Louis after he graduated from KU. He resides in Town and Country with his beautiful wife Erin and his sons Anderson and Graham and his daughter Sienna. He is an exercise enthusiast that you can catch at Orange Theory, Cyclebar, LIfetime or the MAC.In his free time, you may catch Anthony at the O'Fallon Club Fitness or working on his 1968 Ford Mustang. Regardless of what event may be occupying his free time he strives to constantly be at the disposal of his clients at all times. Anthony believes that the market for real estate is never off and neither is his phone.

Tony Biffignani

A St Louis Native, and a seasoned real estate professional, Tony recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, Tony’s success is based on his hard work and his willingness to dig in on his client’s behalf.

Tony has a proven track record of directly impacting his client’s financial success and propelling smooth transactions by his selling and negotiating talents. He is known for developing quality working relationships with clients - relationships based on respect, integrity, and trust.

Tony comes from a multi-generational family that established roots on The Hill over a century ago. He Graduated from De Smet Jesuit high school and went on to play hockey at Arizona State University. Tony loves local events, playing/coaching hockey, and visiting STL’s beautiful parks with his best friend Bently, his golden retriever.

Anthony Cova

Ambitious as one can be, Anthony Cova got his real estate license as soon as he turned eighteen, thrusting him into the business while simultaneously furthering his education at Saint Louis University. At SLU he studied International Business and IT management. Anthony's passion for Real Estate stems from his love of helping others. He will never forget the first time he helped a newly married couple find the home knowing they will create a family and many memories for years to come. Anthony believes that Real Estate is much more than a transaction, but instead an opportunity to help his clients start the next chapter of their lives.

Hi, I'm Kippy! Lover of all things food, fitness, and.. of course, real estate! For the best places to eat, hike, and live - I'm your gal!

Being from a small town in Illinois, the city has always been calling me! I personally couldn't wait to trade corn fields for high rises. The cows were cool and all, but they were nothing like the excitement that the Lou' has to offer! Since moving to St. Louis I've been living my best life and want to help you do the same!

After earning my Bachelors in Marketing, I entered the sales world to explore my passion for people, by taking the "old school" sales approach we all know and (let's be honest) hate and replacing it with my own version - the kind of sales that benefits other humans and creates happiness for them! What better field to put this to practice than real estate? I am blessed to get to help people with the most valuable investment of their life.. their home!

Finding home buyers their new oasis is my true passion. Giving life-changing customer experiences is my calling. Born and raised in St. Louis, Elli is well-versed and knowledgeable in all areas of St. Louis City as well as St. Louis and St. Charles County. After earning her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication - Public Relations from Southeast Missouri State University, Elli decided to pursue her passion for helping and guiding others to their dream home!

With a successful background in Marketing and Design, Elli is confident in her innovative ability to sell your home for the most profit and satisfaction possible. Elli's drive, determination, and positive outlook gives her an edge in the real estate industry and she would love to assist you with any of your real estate needs!

Olivia Mathis

Olivia was born and raised in Southern Illinois. As a child, she grew up in a small town where she learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and a sense of community. During her childhood, she often visited St. Louis where she enjoyed sports games, the city museum, zoo, botanical gardens, dining, and entertainment. When she graduated high school she made the decision to move to St. Louis full time, making Soulard her home. Shortly after, she went on to travel the states and lived in Northern California for six years. It wasn't until she purchased an investment property in Missouri that brought her back to her home, which is where she discovered her passion for real estate.

Having ten years experience in the customer service industry, Olivia is committed to making sure her clients are fully-informed throughout the home buying process; She goes above and beyond to ensure that you have an experience you won’t forget. Olivia knows that real estate demands a keen eye to detail and prides herself in serving in her clients best interest with loyalty and integrity. Her favorite part about being a realtor is seeing the happiness in her clients’ faces, especially whenever she hands them the keys to their new home. Nicholas Cova

Straight out of law school, the Missouri Bar, and into real estate he goes! Nicholas Cova is a hardworking, meticulous, and goal orientated entrepreneur. He has a passion for Transactional Law and aspires to combine that with his enthusiasm for real estate.

Mr. Cova graduated cum laude from Lindenwood University, May of 2019, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance. He graduated from Charleston School of Law, December of 2021, in the top 26% of his class. Nicholas found his passion for real estate transactions going into his second year of law school which lead him to pursue his interest in real estate. Mr. Cova wishes to apply his expertise in Transitional Law by educating his clients on the purchase of their biggest investment. With Nicholas, buying a home doesn’t have to be stressful. Jenny Kreke

Meet Jenny! She is a mama to 3 beautiful little girls and a wife to an amazing husband, who is her high school sweetheart. They love taking adventures, even if that means strapping a kid or two to their backs and just making some good ole' fashion memories.

She has always had a passion for real estate. Even when she was in middle school, Jenny found herself comparing my friend’s and family’s homes and falling in love with their uniqueness. She and her husband bought a Buffalo Ranch that they renovated and now call home. It was such an amazing and fulfilling project that she could not wait any longer to follow her passion of being in the real estate industry. Earning a degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and going from owning her own business, to continuing a career in sales has made her realize how much of a people person she truly is. Jenny's energy is fueled by helping others and advocating for her clients. Her goal is to exceed expectations and build trusting, long lasting, reliable relationships. She puts herself in the client’s shoes, as if each deal is her very own, to ensure the best results each and every time. Dustin Meredith

Dustin Meredith is the Director of Operations for The Taylor Group and is the pulse of the team. With the motto “Never stop improving,” Dustin is constantly looking for innovative ways to streamline the transaction process making it smooth and understandable for clients buying or selling their largest investment. Dustin is the primary liaison between buyers, listing agents, escrow, title, and lenders and ensures that the team meets or exceeds all client expectations in order to facilitate a smooth and seamless transaction.

Before joining The Taylor Group, Dustin worked in the Office of New Student Programs at Southeast Missouri State University and was responsible for creating a formal introduction to student life for over 2,000 incoming freshmen each year.

Dustin grew up in Central Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. There he participated in multiple research conferences to further develop his leadership skills, served as a Senator in the Student Government Association, and was awarded the Student Life Achievement Award at the end of his tenure. and currently resides in Creve Coeur, MO where he lives with his fiancé and step-daughter.

Brooke Bommarito

As the Client Care Coordinator, Brooke is able to combine her passion for building new relationships with her childhood dreams of working in real estate. There are lots of moving parts when it comes to buying and selling homes, so having someone as detail-oriented and adaptable as Brooke is a necessity! Not only does she serve as the liaison between buyers, listing agents, title, and lenders, but she also assists in marketing and social media for the brokerage. She loves the energy in the office and can’t believe she gets to work alongside whom she calls the most positive, hardworking, and genuine realtors turned friends! Brooke recognizes that our clients are making the one of the most significant purchases of their lives, so she strives to keep them informed and make the process as smooth and personalized as possible.

Brooke is a proud graduate of The University of Missouri and holds degrees in Communication, French, and Anthropology. In her free time, she loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. While she has dreams of living internationally one day, Brooke plans to settle down near her family in the charming and bustling city of St. Louis.
